What does Acquisition Enterprises do?
We source and fulfill commodities and office furniture for federal supply contracts—led by office supplies/commodities and office furniture, with supporting coverage in building supplies, auto parts, and IT hardware.
Where are you based?
We are an S-Corporation based in central Mississippi, with CONUS freight coordination and self-delivery within roughly six hours of that region.
Are you on GSA Schedule?
No. We do not claim GSA Schedule status. We do not claim an Active SAM.gov registration or live DSBS profile until the LLC is formed, EIN issued, and SAM shows Active. NAICS codes listed on this site are the codes we intend to self-certify against once registered.
Do you have prior federal contract performance?
This site does not claim prior federal contract performance awards. We describe current entity registration and demonstrated commercial sourcing capability across furniture, electronics, building supplies, and auto parts.
How fast do you respond to RFQs?
Our goal is a 24-hour response on RFQ intake with sourcing options and next steps.

Can you team with other companies?
Yes. We are prepared to team with primes and complementary small businesses when requirements call for it.
Do you validate IT hardware before shipping?
Yes. For IT hardware, we perform component validation before ship to reduce configuration and compatibility issues.
Do you source TAA / Buy American compliant products?
Yes. When a solicitation requires TAA, Buy American, country-of-origin, or brand-name-or-equal rules, we source products that meet those requirements and validate origin and solicitation criteria when quoting. We do not claim company-level TAA certification or GSA Schedule status.
Do you already have supplier accounts?
Yes. We hold active wholesale/pro accounts with Staples Advantage, Office Depot, Quill, Uline, Steelcase, Herman Miller, HON, Global Furniture, Insight, Dell, HP, and Lenovo. Additional channels (including building/MRO and auto) are in progress and are listed separately on the Suppliers page—not as live accounts.
