Intake
You submit an RFQ with quantities, specs, delivery location, and timing. We acknowledge and aim to respond within 24 hours.
Source
We check existing wholesale/pro supplier accounts for availability, lead times, and competitive pricing—and validate applicable solicitation requirements (including TAA / Buy American / country of origin when required) when quoting.
Validate
For IT hardware, we validate components and configurations before shipment. For other lines, we confirm SKUs and substitutions with you as needed.
Fulfill
We coordinate CONUS freight or self-delivery within roughly six hours of central Mississippi, and keep you informed through delivery.
Post-award support
When awards require bonding or insurance, we coordinate post-award bonding and insurance support so execution stays on track.
Teaming
We are prepared to team with primes and complementary small businesses when requirements call for broader coverage or specialized partners—while keeping sourcing accountability clear.
