We watch federal supply solicitations that match our categories, then prep a compliant bid or quote against the published requirements.

We check existing wholesale/pro supplier accounts for availability, lead times, and competitive pricing, and confirm applicable rules (including TAA / Buy American / country of origin when required) before we firm a price.
Validate
For IT hardware, we validate components and configurations before shipment. For other lines, we confirm SKUs and substitutions as needed.
Fulfill
We coordinate CONUS freight or self-delivery within roughly six hours of central Mississippi, and keep communication open through delivery.
Post-award support
When awards require bonding or insurance, we coordinate post-award bonding and insurance support so execution stays on track.
Teaming
We are prepared to team with primes and complementary small businesses when requirements call for broader coverage or specialized partners—while keeping sourcing accountability clear.
